Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been placed and another when it has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your shipping destination.
Free shipping on all orders over $75!
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to the Continental United States only (48 contiguous states). We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international destinations at this time.
PO Boxes
Yes, we can ship to PO boxes via USPS. Please ensure your PO box address is entered correctly at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the shipping notification is sent.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be lost or has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at randy.wintle@gmail.com with your order number and we will work with the carrier to locate your package. If a package is confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or full refund.
International Shipping
International shipping is not available at this time. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future. Please check back for updates.
