Return & Refund Policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the conditions outlined below.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or any signs of use

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Stickers and vinyl decals
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at randy.wintle@gmail.com with the subject line "Return Request"
  2. Include your order number (KAL-XXXX) and the item(s) you wish to return
  3. Provide a brief reason for the return
  4. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a shipping address

Please do not ship items back without first receiving return authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or denied.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund to your account.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges subject to product availability. To request an exchange, please contact us at randy.wintle@gmail.com with your order number and the item and size/color you would like instead. If the requested item is available, we will provide instructions for completing the exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at randy.wintle@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage or defect
  • Photos of the item showing the issue

We will provide a full replacement at no cost to you, including return shipping. You will not need to pay for return shipping on damaged or defective items.
